They forced me to pay for a notepad, claiming I had taken it—something I never even touched! Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff was rude, unapologetic, and adamant about charging me for something I didn’t take. This is nothing but a cheap money-making tactic, and it left a terrible impression.

It looks like a cheating for money charged for the room. Room was so small and without any amenities. It looks like a helpers night stay. No hot water kettle in the room. No table and chair, no place to even keep your laptop.

Worst experience with this hotel no proper hot water was coming when we checked in not up to the mark after many request they didn’t send the drinking water for every requirement call connected to front office even for housekeeping call go to front office

There was no hot water coming from the taps even after running the tap for over 30 mins. Service is very slow

One day room service guy came for foo delivery. The pepper salt fell on ground and he took it back on dish. When i asked him he said nothing wrong it. In reception mr kumar promised me to give gst bill soft copy by 8th dec, but i had not received till now instead of several following. These behaviors re not tolerable.
